How To Use the App?

In order to use the app you need to provide a valid QR Code which is available on http://mab-berlin.de/index.php. There we have different QR Codes, all you need to do is to scan a QR code with Survey Manager App. The Survey form will be displayed. just fill out the form and click on submit button. Fields in the survey form are not mandatory, you may skip any field.
